Facial Construction of Knox

Starting with a ball of clay, I added white glass beads in depressions made for the eyes. Then carving out the nose...

Then I formed some cheekbones, depressed the forehead to give it form, and added some clay to make a chin.

After blending the chin, I added some clay to the eyelids, upper and lower, and blended.

Starting the nose now! Gave him some nostrils (sort of!), and then indented his chin to give him a lower lip!

He's needing some help, but on his way!!

Here I've started touching up his nose, and experimenting with his mouth! Think I'll keep him an open mouther!
Ahhh... I think I like him!!

Here I've smoothed half of his face, the other side needs to be smoothed... BUT, here is the NEW and IMPROVED Knox!!
What do you think?? Tell me!
